RETURNS POLICY


Please choose carefully, under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), Ziake is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind, found the product cheaper elsewhere, or decided you no longer like the purchase.

Ziake upholds the ACL automatic guarantee in respect of our products and their acceptable quality, fit for purpose and match their description.  

In the event that a product is faulty upon arrival, Ziake requests for an exchange must be made in writing to: info@ziakewool.com.au

Items must be returned unworn/unused, with original tags attached and in the condition that they were received.  We ask that returned items be shipped via registered mail, in our original Ziake box/wrapping, to our Australian mailing address as below:

SHIPPING COST OF RETURNED ITEMS

Ziake only takes responsibility for the shipping costs associated with returning incorrect (what arrives to you, doesn’t match the order specifically on your invoice) or defective items only.

Australia Post shipping costs associated with the return and/or exchange of items (ie wrong size) is considered the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure you take due care and consideration when purchasing your products, use the sizing charts and measure yourself to fit accordingly.
